Replaced a dead battery. I spoke with Allan Schwartzman about my situation and he urged me to bring my car in. The battery was replaced within about 30 minutes. Wow! Dropped my truck off at 7:30 AM. They gave me a ride to work. Less than an hour later, Apple called and the service was done and my truck was ready. From our first contact with James Collins we were impressed. He was friendly, personable and knew the product well. He searched for the precise 2014 Escape until he found exactly what we wanted. James took us on a test drive and explained in detail about the car and answered all our questions. The Escape we wanted was found and delivered within two days. When we came to purchase the car, James had all the paperwork ready and it went quickly. We met with Lindsey Dawson next and she answered any questions about service, and other products available. We next went to the office of James Thomas to have our purchase completed. I could not ask for better service from anyone we have dealt with at your dealership. The front receptionist was so friendly and helpful, however, I did not ask her name. We have always been a Ford family but the experience at Apple Ford has made us want to be customers for life. The thought of purchasing a new vehicle was very daunting. The last experience was in 2004. I read the reviews posted for Apple Ford and couldn't believe there was such a dealership with customer service that ranked so high, the Customer comes first. Both my husband and I were very impressed with the kindness, friendliness, knowledge and Customer Service from beginning to end. Bob is an excellent salesman, he spent time and answered any questions that we had and there was NO high pressure salesmanship. Lindsey explained all about the different sealants and again was Customer Service oriented. Tim is a great financial man and beat the rate my bank was offering. The experience at Apple Ford was tremendous from beginning to end. I have already recommended a number of people at my office to go to Apple Ford the next time they are looking to buy their next vehicle. More
