Apple Ford

On Saturday I purchased my third used vehicle from Apple Ford Lincoln. I had been actively looking for a used truck. While on the Apple Ford website, I saw a few trucks I was interested in. My salesperson Sharmba Mitchell replied within a few minutes. He had the perfect truck, with low miles. We scheduled an appointment for a test drive and headed to Columbia. We arrived early and Sharmba was busy with other customers. John another salesmen stepped right in helped us locate the truck on the lot, brought us the keys and assisted with questions. The sales staff are a true team. We drove the truck and Sharmba was right, it was the perfect truck. Sharmba had the paperwork I had submitted online ready and we finalized the deal. Lindsey was very helpful providing us with prices for a cap and running boards. In the finance office Tim worked those numbers into a great deal offering a lot of great extra warranties. Realizing these warranties were a great idea but we were trying to stay within our monthly payment budget so we were declining. In walked Don the finance director and when all was said and done, payments were right where we wanted them and it included every possible warranty available. It is amazing how they are able to offer used cars that look perfectly new, have low mileage and an affordable price. While we were there shopping for the truck, my mustang was in the service area getting a free oil change and car wash. What a Deal :) ! Afterward the truck purchase, my mustang was ready in the service department and Allan reviewed the paperwork with me. A multi point inspection was completed, oil change and car wash both done. Allan told me everything looks great, but watch your tires, they will need replaced soon. Customer for life is Apple Ford Lincoln's motto, they must be talking about me! More

Sharmba provided great customer service! The team really knew what I wanted. Had the Vehicle ready when I came in. Apple Ford is simply a great place to have your car or truck serviced. They're helpful, friendly, and honest. They never try to up-sell me on services I don't need, like other dealers do. On a Saturday morning in January, I waited in line for over 45 minutes. When I reached the service area and talked to the attendant, I realized that the information that was given to me over the telephon over 45 minutes. The attendant stated that I would be unable to get assistance that day. I probably looked distraught and Curtis Ford came over. He asked my problem, intently listened and provide several alternatives for my problem. It worked out well and I would have to say that it was due to Curtis' commitment to customer service and he wanted to help solve my problem. He is awesome. More

Bernie is my guy, he knows me and my situation, and he helped me to find a vehicle that fit my needs and my budget. He worked with me every step of the way until I drove off the lot in my new Escape. (He even helped me transfer all my stuff from my trade-in to the new car!) Bernie, Jamie Thomas, and Teresa Volz were kind, understanding, and very cool with my daughter, who I had to bring along with me for the deal. Apple Ford is my dealership for LIFE. More

When I showed up I was given the run around from the sales manager and consultant about the price and how the internet did not represent the true price. I decided to look elsewhere and found a much better flex for the money. Apple ford listened to my concerns and worked with me to obtain a fair deal.
