Curtis Ford's customer service was great. I bought a new truck and was having intermittent problems with the speakers. It was difficult to diagnose because the problem was intermittent. I had my truck at Apple Ford a few different times and Curtis was able to hear the problem. He was not able to schedule a tech to work on it that day, but we scheduled an appt. for the next day. I took my truck in the next morning and they replaced the speakers and so far it sounds great. If you ever have any service issues I would recommend getting in touch with Curtis. He is man of his word. Thanks Curtis! More

Dropped off my car early this morning (March 20th, 2014) for a warning light associated with the power-train of my 2006 Ford Explorer. A few hours after I dropped off the car I realized I had left cash and my checkbook in the center cup-holder/console of my car. I returned to Apple Ford to collect the money and check book and both items were where I had left them. Extraordinary!! Mr. Phil Hamilton was our sales rep. He was very friendly and listened to our needs. At first, we were not sure if we wanted to go previously owned or new. Phil listened to our story and asked what we were interested in for new. It was an Edge. In fact, we were thinking of a used Edge too. We discussed the various other options in the same category, i.e., SUV's, and did land on the Edge as our choice to test drive. Phil was able to find the right car for our needs. This was the service that helped us make our final decision. We also were comfortable with the price, even though it was more than we intended to spend within our budget allocations. We, my wife and I, were impressed with the professionalism of all the employees we came in contact with during our "sales" experience. We are looking forward to working with the "Service Dept." It appeared to be a clean working invironment with many mechanics to serve us. We also were impressed with the "extras" [ free car washes, oil changes, drive train warranties, etc.]afforded us upon becoming an Apple Ford customer.
