I have always had a great experience with everyone that I have dealt with whether it was Allan or Joe in the Fast Lane or Steve or any of the guys in the full service lane. The facility is clean and they take care not to mess the interior of the vehicle with grease, etc. I am always treated professionally and usually always greeted by name. The shuttle drivers that take me to/from my work location are also always courteous. I would recommend Apple Ford to everyone. More

He and all Apple Ford Service and Sales always do everything possible to keep customers happy and coming back. They exclusively service all three of our Ford vehicles and we plan to continue to buy all future Fords from Apple. It is a very large dealership but it is personal and friendly like family whenever we are there. When he sees us, Chip, the owner, always comes over and personally greets us. A business that so goes out of its way to serve it customers and its Columbia and Howard County community deserves the success Apple Ford is experiencing! Gary Hamer More

Being short on options, we dropped it at Apple Fo Our truck developed an issue over the weekend and we needed it for some urgent jobs during the week. Being short on options, we dropped it at Apple Ford's night drop on Saturday night fully expecting them not to be able to get to it until later that week. However, I received a call from Steve Watts on Monday saying they were on it. He called back and Tuesday with a status and managed to get the truck done by Wednesday noon allowing us to finish our jobs. Steve was communicative, explained clearly what the issue was and proposed a solution that made the most financial sense. He is friendly and helpful. Highly recommended! More

No Customer Service or Communication I was originally told my car would be in the shop for 1-2 days and so far it's been there for 9 days. I haven't received any calls from my service advisor Donna. I still don't know when my car will be ready. I've always had to call her for updates. Getting in touch with her or anyone in the service department is almost impossible. I've left voicemails and continued to call. I've had the phone go to voicemail numerous times and also have been hung up on (which I'm hoping was a mistake). My car is less than a year old and a 2014 Ford Focus that might need a new transmission. The clutch has been fixed and there is still a vibration. Overall not a great thing to experience when you have a new car and you are paying so much each month for it. Donna told me I might need a new transmission which is very concerning and I had to call her to get that information. When I had David Eichorn as my advisor in the past he was very responsive and honest with everything that needed to be done. It's a shame I couldn't have him as my advisor again. More

I knew then that this was the dealership where I would conduct business. As a women shopping with her daughter for a new car I have experienced salesmen who have not take me seriously. As the famous line delivered by Julia Roberts, in Pretty Woman, to a saleswomen, "Mistake, big mistake!" I purchased a 2015 Explorer from Apple Ford because the Salesman, C.Vitale, was both professional and respectful. Thank you for such a positive experience! More

Dan had a tough situation to deal with, but he let us air out our concerns regarding what had occurred, took a step back, and then took a fresh approach to the process which result in deal getting done. I am now working with him on the possibility of another car and he is doing a good job of listening to what we are looking for and researching out options. More

These two gentleman as well as Wanda and Curtis took care of my situation with my lemon and assisted Ford in replacing my Raptor. This took place in 2 WEEKS!!!! Chip was very professional and Scott was spot on with customer service. On the last review I was totally upset and disgusted with this whole ordeal. This time Apple's staff made everything perfect. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! You guys put a smile back on my face after this horrible experience. I would definitely recommend this dealership. More
