I saw the suv of my dreams on the Apple website, and made a call. I spoke to Marvin Williams, Internet Sales Associate. He answered all of my questions, so I decided to test drive the vehicle. I went in not expecting to purchase a vehicle, because I wanted to check out a few other deals on Murano's. After the test drive, Mr. Williams was very through, and I felt no undue pressure to purchase. With being a previous Ford customer and all the insentives offered I felt that I was given the best deal possible, so I made my purchase on the spot. I met with Mr. Williams a few days after the purchase of my 2015 Ford Escape Titanium (fully loaded I might add!) to learn about the many features of this suv. He is very patient and through. I would suggest to anyone looking for a vehicle, who's looking for a dealer who is knowledgeable, and make you feel comfortable without undue pressure, this is the guy for you. He is friendly, helpful and efficient. More

Great Service Department Jacquelynne Pressman called me to let me know that my badge was in and we set a date. However, I called her back the next day and asked if I could just go in to get my badge done that same day and she said "No problem, come on in." I was so excited. When I got there, she let me know that there could be a wait since she was squeezing me in at the last minute. As she was dealing with another customer, Dan Brito checks me in and takes my car to get serviced . When Dan brings my car back, he had washed and vacuumed it. I was very impressed with the teamwork provided by Jacquelynne and Dan. Because of them and the service they provided, I look forward to my next service department encounter. More

It's about 40 miles I purchased my Ford Escape in 2013 as a Certified PreOwned Vehicle, knowing I would have oil changes for life at this dealership. It's about 40 miles from where I live, so the more in depth maintenance, I may have to take to a more convenient dealer. However, on a recent trip to Apple Ford, there was a miscommunication regarding my appointment, and Curtis Ford, the Service Manager worked with Steve Watts, one of his colleagues to rectify and fix the situation. I was so pleased and felt well taken care of--and received more direction for future visits regarding my oil changes for life. They have a good team at Apple Ford, including the sales force, Stanley Liu, who sold me my Escape. Thank you! More

Apple did not have the exact vehicle we wanted but found and delivered us the one we wanted within a day. Everything we asked for was taken care of immediately and everyone was friendly and helpful in doing so. The vehicle came from another dealer in the area and had a few cosmetic issues that were attended to immediately. We had dealt with Apple in the past, around 10 years ago, and we had some issues with there service department but can honestly say now that we have been dealing with them again in the past five years and they have rectified all of those issues. I highly recommend this dealer. More
xxxxty experience . Absolutely the worst experience ever . Bought a truck, 60 day later was asked to return it. Because my bank gave them wrong pay off !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then when I didn't want too one of the James's said they would repo it . The difference in pay off was $4500.00 . So I returned the truck and then one month later on car gurus I see the same exact truck for $6000 less . A very greedy and thoughtless dealership. I was given a paper temp tag and told to wait for registration in the mail. Guess the dealership didn't know they couldn't transfer tags from a truck to an SUV !!!!!!!!!!!!! More
