The experience overall I wanted to take a moment to share my appreciation regarding my recent purchase experience from Apple Ford Used Car Division. The experience overall was excellent and I cannot imagine that anything more could have been done to make it better. My salesman, Neville Dick, was responsive and really cared to help me get the vehicle that would best meet our needs. He was extremely helpful, knows the products he sells very well, and went out of his way to help me in my purchase decision. I first was introduced to Apple Ford-Lincoln when searching for a vehicle two years ago. For many reasons I chose to work with your dealership and proceed with leasing my car from Apple. The staff have been extremely helpful and courteous from start to finish, sales and service. Your Customer for Life program is AWESOME, and in itself would be an incentive to return to Apple for future purchases. I do have more convenient access to local dealerships selling the same brand/type vehicles I purchase, but the experience and level of customer service that is provided by Apple is beyond compare. This makes the inconvenient distance well worth the drive and time, at least for me. For many reasons it would be much easier to deal locally for our vehicle needs, but I have made the decision and am now a loyal, repeat, Apple Ford-Lincoln customer, and hope to continue as long as I am able. More
Perfect Service I took my car in for several items of concern (rear window defroster, vent noise on start up, regular service). I know these are handled in three different areas, so I asked for someone who could take care of all of it for me. I thought I would have to make an appointment to get this all done, but one person took care of all of it for me, all that day! Kevin Ford in the service department took care of all if it, plus my regular "Service for Life" service. I have always gotten excellent service from this dealer but they went far above and beyond on this visit. More

He knew that the truck was sold and it was clearly marked, but he sold it anyway. He had our salesman call us an hour before we were supposed to meet. In compensation he offered us a comparable truck with running boards for the same price. Really? What do they consider as comparable? So we went to Koons of Baltimore and got a better deal for "more truck" and better trade for less. More

I was directed to salesman Neville Dick and I expressed to him my interest in the vehicle and told him that I reside in South East Georgia which is over 800 miles away. I told him i needed to see pictures of the vehicle and a Car Fax since none of this was posted online yet because they just received the vehicle the same day I inquired. Neville went out of his way that very night to send me detailed pictures of the vehicle, send the Carfax to my email, AND send me a quote to my email from his manager (The dealership closes at 9pm and he was there way past closing helping me). The very next morning I expressed to Neville Dick that I wanted the car and he emailed me a buyers order and even came in on his day off to make sure the car was secured for me! I took a flight to Baltimore on 12/15/16 to come get this car and Neville Dick met me at the airport with the car to give me a ride to the dealership. Everything was how it was explained and there where no surprises with the car. Neville dick is very professional with strong customer service skills. To top my experience off he limited my time at the dealership to an hour since he knew I had a long drive back to Georgia. If anyone is considering purchasing a car from this dealership from a long distance i reccomend Neville Dick, He will make sure that the vehicle is secured and the logistics will be smooth. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! More

A courtesy call stating that someone was looking at or interested in the truck besides myself before I came up there would have been not only professional but would have ensured my future business with your dealership. Wasted time I made it clear on the that I wanted to turn in my lease and buy a new car. I ask him to talk to his leading expert and he gives the impression that he did. We even agree to a price on the car. I get there, he makes me wait 20 mins, and he says we need to schedule a separate inspection and I will be billed. I tell him we could have had this conversation on the phone. Instead of apologizing, he shrugs his shoulders. I say thanks for wasting 2.5 hours of my time and walk out. More

Patient, kind, and very informative. I took my 2016 for explorer in for service because the service engine light came on. I ended up dropping the vehicle off so they could diganose the problem . Before the end of the day she was calling me back letting me know the exact problems with my vehicle. My service writer was Dusty Odom and she was sensational. She explained the problem and what options were available to solve my issues, also she checked and made sure i approved the repairs before the mechanics worked on the vehicle. Last but not least her attitude was very pleasant and that's very important to me as a customer.
