Cold and bitter Wish there was a 0.. very limited over the phone, never gave much detail of vehicle, no motivation to sell, just going with the motion.. made us drive Wish there was a 0.. very limited over the phone, never gave much detail of vehicle, no motivation to sell, just going with the motion.. made us drive over 2 hrs from out of state to find out from another sales person who greeted us, that the vehicle we were looking at, was sold a few days prior, so basically noone ever checked to see if the vehicle was still there or not.. of course he didn't know it was sold a couple of days prior. No apologies, no nothing.. nice one, I guess people still get paid not to work and waste people's time traveling from a far.. it's ok buddy, I found my vehicle somewhere else :). More
Over and above effort to obtain Ford corrosion warranty Even though all internet sites indicated Ford would not honor there 5 year corrosion warranty, and when first submitted they did reject it. Curtis was persistent and sent more pictures and emails until Ford fixed both rusted rear fenders. Apple ford's body shop "Tri state collision" also did great job on the repair. Apple ford gave me faith in buying a Ford again after seeing rust on a $ year old certified 2012 FORD escape. Thanks again Carl More

After the last visit when they recommended several expensive repairs, I decided to take my car to an independent mechanic I had known for years. He pointed out that several items recommend by the dealer were just fine, then repaired an item the dealer had overlooked. Mt recommendation is beware of this dealer. More

Stay away from this place This place is all about sneaking warrentys in your purchase . They put a $3388 warranty on my car without ever asking me that I found out later from t This place is all about sneaking warrentys in your purchase . They put a $3388 warranty on my car without ever asking me that I found out later from the bank that my loan was for over 20k when it should of been 17k like I was told by the dealer. They put the warranty in very small print and do not tell you they added it and do not tell you what it includes. They also would rather not sell you the car if you do catch the warranty they sneak in. Better of going to a different dealer then these xxxx bags More
Poor service and car Bought a used 2015 focus from Apple Ford Columbia, Md the last day of Dec 2016. Was promised an owners manual... "we owe you" document... as part of Bought a used 2015 focus from Apple Ford Columbia, Md the last day of Dec 2016. Was promised an owners manual... "we owe you" document... as part of closing which I never received... even after emailing the salesman three times, It is now the second week in Feb. This has safety implications without written instructions on how to work mirrors etc. Also did not get a copy of the warranty page from the car window which states... "a copy of this page must be given to customer". Drove the car to FL and had the same transmission problems that Focus owners have been complaining to Ford about for years... stuttering and stumbling. This problem is a major class action suit in Australia and several states in US and has had a recall in US. Was given a 100,000-mile warranty on the transmission which sounds great until you realize it is not from Ford but another company. The fine print of the contract indicates that a $100 co-pay in required each time the vehicle is returned for service. The "fix" for the problem according to owners who have had it done is about 3,000 miles. If you drive 20,000 miles a year that equates to about $600-700 a year or $3,000-3,500 for five years in warranty costs plus the hassle of going back to the dealer or another facility for the adjustment!! Great warranty?? Shame on Ford and the dealer for follow-up. Is this customer service? Not in my book! Let the buyer beware!! Traded the 2015 at another dealer after one month and got a 2016 manual five-speed Focus. Previously had a 2009 Focus manual with 176,000 miles. Great car... what happened Ford?? Sorry Apple Ford Columbia... not a good experience at your dealership. More
