I had to bring my SUV in for service. I went to the quick lube drive in this time. I had to have an oil change on my Escape 2010. The quick lube personnel were great. I have a service contract and they ch lube drive in this time. I had to have an oil change on my Escape 2010. The quick lube personnel were great. I have a service contract and they checked it for me to see what was covered. They came back and stated that my contract also covered tire rotation. They asked if they should do it now or next time - well I had time that day so they did the oil change and tire rotation. My thanks to the service team for their help and great service.
