You guys in WHite Bear seem to always go out of your way to help me and make sure I get a rented car while you work on mine. Love it I will probably buy my next car from you. Tousley Ford has always been excellent to work with. If I have a question about my new vehicle, I call and get an answer right away. The service department (Gold Team) is friendly, efficient and the quality have a question about my new vehicle, I call and get an answer right away. I had to bring my SUV in for service. I went to the quick lube drive in this time. I had to have an oil change on my Escape 2010. The quick lube personnel were great. I have a service contract and they ch lube drive in this time. I had to have an oil change on my Escape 2010. The quick lube personnel were great. I have a service contract and they checked it for me to see what was covered. They came back and stated that my contract also covered tire rotation. They asked if they should do it now or next time - well I had time that day so they did the oil change and tire rotation. My thanks to the service team for their help and great service.
