Travis in the Quick Service took care of me as expected with great communication and service of a solid dealership. I don't know the other service writers name but they also kept me in the loop all in all with great communication and service of a solid dealership. Shawn did a great job getting us setup with the Toyota dealer when he found out that Auto Nation could not find the problem. Maplewood Toyota found the issue and had it resolved in about 3 hours. AutoNation Ford has been servicing my transportation needs since 2001. Each and every transaction has been outstanding, be it sales or service. I don’t usual recommend any company, but AutoNation White Bear, has had my business for my last 10 vehicles. I have never felt any pressure from the sells Dept, Up Front pricing and the service Dept, from t Bear, has had my business for my last 10 vehicles. I have never felt any pressure from the sells Dept, Up Front pricing and the service Dept, from the service writers and Techs have always made me feel welcome, even if I have questions or concerns. Even the service manager politely addressed a concern after I received my car. One of the reasons I’m writing this review is great I feel when my investment is under AutoNations care, as I had a negative experience from a motorcycle shop near AutoNation, and the way the bike shop concluded my concern was to ask me to never return to their shop. I would recommend AutoNation to anyone who cares about good service and a good all around place to do business More
