Quik Lane now closed. Had to work at 2:00, so made an appointment for 1:00. Got there at 1:00 and waited 20 minutes, being ignored, before I asked if I would be getting helped. Excuses of being short sta appointment for 1:00. Got there at 1:00 and waited 20 minutes, being ignored, before I asked if I would be getting helped. Excuses of being short staffed and a computer glitch that allowed double bookings to occur followed. I asked if I could still get in and out in 30 minutes and was told they couldn’t guarantee this. I spoke to the service manager and he got my truck right in and pulled another tech to help. It was done in less than 30 minutes and I made it to work on time. I should point out, however, that this same service manager was present at the desk when I initially pulled up and he was chatting with a young blonde bombshell for the whole 20 minutes I had waited while never looking my way before he walked off. Needs improvement! More
Went into Autonation Ford White Bear Lake for a simple oil change and tire rotation on my 2019 F150 Supercrew 2.7 ecoboost with 14,250 miles. Upon picking up my truck I come to find that in addition to ch oil change and tire rotation on my 2019 F150 Supercrew 2.7 ecoboost with 14,250 miles. Upon picking up my truck I come to find that in addition to changing the oil they put in some kind of oil additive without my knowledge or me requesting such a thing. Less than pleased with this fact. Plus, why would a truck with 14,255 miles need any kind of oil additive in the first place, the semi synthetic oil should be enough. Explanation given by service advisor was also poor. Very poor business practice to do something without a specific customer request. Thinking I may change the oil again to remove whatever additive was put in. More
I can't say enough of how well I was taken care of. I just drove in to the Quick lane for an oil change and Tire rotation. The service desk explained it may be a while as there's not enough people doing just drove in to the Quick lane for an oil change and Tire rotation. The service desk explained it may be a while as there's not enough people doing the service. That's ok i hear that a lot and i understand. The waiting room has the same old chairs you need to replace them. What was really fun is there were 4 of us in there and we we talking up a storm made some new friends. The associates in the store were also very nice and friendly, I want to give a shout to Jackie who kept us informed on the status of our vehicles and helped us with any questions. We were treated like we were family, and the time went by fast. I like coming here for my truck servicing, the way I'm welcomed and taken care of. Guess that's why I drive 140 miles from Duluth, not only, this is my second truck I bought from here. It just makes good sense More
I just wanted an oil change at 30k miles and I was not pressured to have additional service done that is recommended from Ford. Waited 2.5 hours to get a tire patched. Previously had an oil change on a Mazda 6 and the tech forgot to close the air filter housing And cracked the seal on the oil drain plug. Cost me $70 to bring it t an oil change on a Mazda 6 and the tech forgot to close the air filter housing And cracked the seal on the oil drain plug. Cost me $70 to bring it to a Mazda dealer where they laughed at your service telling me the oil pan seal was leaking. Bought last 4 trucks there. I am done now as your service is brutal. More
I went for an oil change and 25,000 mile maintenance check. It took a little longer than the 1 hour estimate but the service was very good. check. It took a little longer than the 1 hour estimate but the service was very good. More
