AutoNation Ford White Bear Lake - Service Center

At first I was a little disappointed because I was told that my 2:00pm appointment was going to be delayed to other jobs in front of me. I then met with the Service Check in person and he said that we wil that my 2:00pm appointment was going to be delayed to other jobs in front of me. I then met with the Service Check in person and he said that we will do what ever they could to get my service back on schedule. The service did take a little longer than expected; however, at checkout they recognized the delay and reduced the price of the service, provided me with a new set of wipers and they were very apologetic for the delay. This was truly great customer service, when, in my mind, I completely understood the reason for the delay and was happy to spend time looking at new vehicles and getting caught up on some work e-mails. I have always had good service at Auto Nation Wh Br Lk and will continue to do business with you. Thank You for instilling "Customer Service" into your daily work. More
