Their service is time consuming. Appt at 8:00 but won’t get looked at until4 maybe? Then the appts are 7-10 days out. They don’t have a quick lane for oil changes!!!!!! The help is overworked and can heard the frustration of the people making the appts and the lack of loaner cars. More
