Brad did a great job of getting my checked in & explaining the service. He informed me the difference was due to parts and his quote only included labor. This was extremely poor and incomplete communication. When I asked for a quote, I should have been given the total cost not just labor. More

Never came. I called them. The first guy put me on hold and didn’t come back, so I hung up after about 15 minutes and called again. Got the service writer who had written me up the evening before. He told me that they hadn’t gotten to it. Wait? What? I had an appointment for 7:00 AM that day!! Said they could do it the next day. I told him I needed a vehicle yo get to work the next day. Asked for a loaner. He said they didn’t have any. I told him I would have to pick it up then since I needed it to get to work. So I went and picked up without any of the service that I had booked for. Am now looking for somewhere else for the service I had expected to be finished by now. More

At check in for the 30K scheduled maintenance, I was advised that there was a trainee on the schedule and things would probably "take a little longer than usual". I asked about 1.5 hours and that was "a good guess". 3 hours later my car was ready! As I was waiting for the car I felt I should have been kept informed as to the progress, not just 1 update when I was told it should be about another 20 minutes. 45 minutes later the car was ready! I was told "we ran it through the car wash for you". I appreciated the wash but would have preferred to have my time back. More

Before making the appointment I was told the oil change would only take 30 minutes, so I decided to wait. On the day of the appointment, the person who took my information told me they were short handed and it could be 90 minutes. I sat in the waiting room for OVER THREE HOURS! I understand many businesses are understaffed these days, but this is a case where they control the number of appointments they take, how can they be so far off with a time estimate! Also, they took my phone number so they could send me a text, but that never happened. The people are VERY nice, but the system is a disaster. Also, when I tried to call about an appointment I was on hold for 22 minutes before I got to speak with a person. More
