Lower your expectations about customer service before you make an appointment. You must make your appointment online. If you have a question after you make an appointment, do not call becuase no one will ans make an appointment. You must make your appointment online. You will have to search for someone to help you when you arrive. There is no Greeter in the service arrival lanes. Expect problems using coupons that they offer because their sysyem "does not like them". They will figure it out but it takes longer. You'll wait at least an hour for on oil change. Don't expect a printed receipt because the ability to print is hit or miss. As far as workmanship, my car ran fine all the way home so I'm assuming the oil change was done in a competent manner. More
My recent visit to AutoNation was outstanding! They've survived the pandemic, supply-chain shortages and employee turnover and still provide fast, professional service on my Ford Escape. Everyone from the service advisor to the mechanic to the cashier knew their job and did it in a friendly and informative manner. In a little over two hours my car went through multiple services on the Quick Lane, was sanitized and back on the road; and the best part - the cost was very reasonable. This is why I've been an AutoNation customer for over 5 years and plan to keep coming back! More

Took my Fusion in for an oil change (nothing else needed to be done) at my appointment time. There was only one car being checked in ahead of me but I waited about 10 minutes for someone to come and help me to be done) at my appointment time. The person who finally came was new and spent the first 5 minutes working on a tablet he was carrying and telling me that I did not have an appointment. Eventually someone came by and showed him how to find it. After another 10 minutes or so, during which the rep disappeared a couple of times, I was finally checked in. After an hour and 45 minutes in the customer waiting area, someone drove my car back into the completed work area (finally!). But 15 minutes later, nothing had happened, so I walked out into the service area, found the only person present in the line of service representative cubicles and asked him when he thought I could pick up my car. The answer was, "right now, who was your service rep?" (I had no idea, he did not introduce himself), "where did he sit?" (I never saw him sitting anywhere), after which there was a prolonged search for my paperwork. Eventually a 2nd person showed up, said he had been looking for me "forever" (well, I had been in the customer waiting area and then in the middle of an empty service bay talking to the only other person there!). The guy "who had been looking for me" tried to check me out (the usual cashiers were all gone to lunch), but was unable to log in to a terminal. Shortly after that, one of the cashiers returned and I was able to pay and leave. Oh, and without the offer of a car wash that had been given to the people who had left ahead of me earlier (though, at that point, I would have refused, I just wanted to get home). More

Used to drive in for oil changes and service was quick. Now that they required scheduled oil changes I figured it would be just as quick if not more so. This was not the case and it took me two and a half hours for a simple oil change. And then I saw that my vehicle was done for half an hour before anyone came and got me. Took me asking four people to get my paperwork and receipt to finally get my vehicle back. More
