Came in for oil change, was very specific about checking the fluids!!! I wanted to have them write down what was added!!! Not a thing on my report!! 28 days to get an oil change, tire rotation, and diagnostic. 4 more in shop. Very poor management. The ECU threw a catalytic converter fault code. Took my Ford Fusion in for an oil change and a new 12 volt battery. I was very happy with the service I received. Both of the young men at the service desk were more than willing to help and never made volt battery. I was very happy with the service I received. Came to in to have a tire rotation, oil change, recall work done. While this was supposedly being done it was found out later that my vehicle fell through the cracks and wasn’t even worked on for 3.5 hou work done. While this was supposedly being done it was found out later that my vehicle fell through the cracks and wasn’t even worked on for 3.5 hours tell I checked on the progress from the dealerships waiting area. It seemed to me that the attendance were spending entirely to much time on the computer rather than attending to customer service. I have my doubts about our recently ordered new Ford Explorer if this is the way things are attended to there. Very disappointed!!!!! More
The work on the on the recall was great but the service department needs a lot of work they do not know how to answer the phone or return a phone call.
