Arrived at dealership on time for my oil change and tire rotation appt. 2 hours later, I walked over to the service counter to check on my truck. I saw it sitting by the exit door and was told they were wai rotation appt. 2 hours later, I walked over to the service counter to check on my truck. I saw it sitting by the exit door and was told they were waiting for the paper work to print. 25 minutes later I walked out to the service writers desk to ask for the paperwork so I could pay and leave, and he got very upset and irritated with me. He rolled his eyes and angrily asked what my name was again. He found my papers and then angrily told me how he has a million other things to get done. He then left me standing there while he quickly walked my papers to the counter, basically threw them at the cashier, and continued yelling to me about how busy he is and he hates working Saturdays. Needless to say it was very uncomfortable, and I felt like a huge burden for wanting to pay for the service and leave. More
I brought my car in for a recall repair . My appointment was on Monday by Tuesday no call on a update whether it was done. The lady who answered was so helpful she went into the service area to inquire. Came back and said yes my car was done. I wonder if I ever would have got a call ???. They fixed one of my tires that had a small leak. I drove off the lot and my low tire light came on . I turned around came back to shop informed tech. Drove car into shop tire gauge said 24!! And all my other tires needed some air as well. Now wouldnt you think they would have checked this before I came to pick up my car since they had to repair it? I asked what was going on and technician said they need alot more mechanics cant seem to find any who want to work. Not a good impression for wanting to return to this dealership for future car maintenance. More
Very responsive in Service Center and listened to my issues. Did not feel dismissed as I sometimes do as a female describing mechanic concerns. Even in a difficult environment of not enough technicians, hard to get parts and inflation - the staff and employees of this place go out of their way to deliver service. I am currently in the process of buying my third new truck from AutoNation (the first two were when it was Tousley Ford) Had a great experience the first two times and working with Ben on my new purchas truck from AutoNation (the first two were when it was Tousley Ford) Had a great experience the first two times and working with Ben on my new purchase has been good. I made an appointment for Friday October 21st to have my ford focus looked at because my daughter was home from college with the car.
