I came in for an oil change. Everyone was polite and friendly. When Kaley said my car was done and while I was paying for the service, I mentioned I received a recall and was won Everyone was polite and friendly. (I expected it would take a 1/2 day or more). She said it’s a 10 minute job and she said we can get that done now. She left with my car and had it done immediately along with a car wash. I was impressed with the immediate service. Thank you all very much Kaley for your customer service. More

We have used Auto Nation WBL exclusively for our truck since it's purchase. In the past, the Quick Lane was easy and convenient. In January, we tried the Quick Lane, which is very timely. In my opinion this locations service department has been going downhill for a while now. Which is sad cause once being my favorite go to location. I am not sure what is going on, but they have a revolving d going downhill for a while now. Which is sad cause once being my favorite go to location. I am not sure what is going on, but they have a revolving door with "Service Advisors". They seem not to cross train or set their employees up for success. Prices are way too high and seems like a mechanic is always trying to upsell thru the Advisor. Which is funny because they usually have a hard time explaining the situation anyways. Never receive any real good promotions or discounts for repeat business. If I really need assistance the customer service girls in the service center are the ones to go too. Very knowledgeable. Hopefully this is just a speed bump and service will get better. More
