Swung into Autonation to get the Works oil change on my F150. Part of the package is a tire rotation, and a checkup. I was not happy to discover that the lug nut laying in the parking lot at work belong to F150. Part of the package is a tire rotation, and a checkup. I was not happy to discover that the lug nut laying in the parking lot at work belong to my truck a few days and +/-100 miles later! So I torqued all my lug nuts to find at least one on every tire extremely loose! Seems to me that they must have run the lug nuts on with the gun and never torqued them down with a tire iron. I've never had a lug nut loosen up to the point of falling off, let alone having at least one lug nut on every tire being extremely loose that were properly installed! The more I think about it I don't think I received anything on how things looked on the checkup. Terrible experience, go somewhere else! More

Recent changes to the dealership seems to be working. Staffing seems to have improved, and so has customer service as a result. I was pleased with my most recent service and warranty work. Great communication from Service Advisor about the problem with the vehicle; was told problem, lag time on parts, expected completion and when the vehicle would be shuttled back to our department. II waited for two hours, but I don't know how much additional time was needed to fix the recall of the door locks. The service representative provided good service. I am not sure which model of Focu additional time was needed to fix the recall of the door locks. The service representative provided good service. I am not sure which model of Focus I have. More
I brought my car in for a repair which I had been told was under warranty. It took around 3 months to get me in for this repair, since the lady at the desk told me that they do not actually read customer was under warranty. It took around 3 months to get me in for this repair, since the lady at the desk told me that they do not actually read customer requests when I made my appointment, which is why I had to make more than 1 appointment. For the actual appointment, I dropped my car off on a Friday, and within a few hours the technician (Ronald) contacted me and told me that the repair would not be covered by warranty, and that it had expired a few weeks prior. I went home and checked the warranty that I had been sold, and it was an 8 year warranty that began 3 years before I bought the car, which I wasn't told when I bought the car. I explained this to the tech and he told me he would see what he could do. Over the next 5 days I called the shop a number of times either getting a busy signal or getting transferred but never actually talking to another person other than the receptionist. The following Thursday (6 days after dropping the car off) my technician called in and said he had done "everything he could" so I asked if I could speak with a manager. He said his manager would call me. After all the hassle just getting in touch after 6 days, I drove in to the service bay. The manager hadn't even heard about my case prior to me showing up, implying to me that the tech spent 6 days doing literally nothing. I spoke with the manager (Pat) and he told me that there was nothing that they could do, and that he wished someone had actually checked the warranty earlier (which the person that I booked with had assumedly done, but obviously not) and that he could maybe cut a few hundred dollars off of the repair, which would now be over $1,000 out of pocket. He also told me that my next oil change was on the house, and then I left. The dealership could have read my notes on my original appointment request, actually checked my warranty when scheduling my second appointment like the receptionist implied that she had done, or done literally anything for me during the 6 days that they had my car, but instead I was ghosted over text and basically ignored throughout the whole process. Now I have been sent numerous emails asking me to review the visit, which is just salt on this wound. This is not the first bad interaction I have had with this dealership, and I wouldn't recommend them. More
