We had a factory recall repaired on our F150 by the mobile service. What an awesome concept!! The wonderful service tech completed the work with out us having to drive into town. I just experienced valet service. wow this was convenient. I was notified when the valet was on their way both for pickup and delivery. I had an appointment for Monday morning to get something checked out on my car. They said they were somewhat backed up so it could take a while. I understand that some cars ahead of me may have taken longer than expected and they may be short staffed as many other places are, but this was somewhat longer of a wait than I expected. They were able to determine what the problem was and fix it, thank goodness. Through it all, though, the contact person was very friendly and informative. The bonus was they washed my car for me and it looks great! More
I brought my car in on a Saturday to get service done. The service was a premium package I found on the website. When I brought the car in, the employee manning the desk didn't know/hadn't heard of the pa The service was a premium package I found on the website. When I brought the car in, the employee manning the desk didn't know/hadn't heard of the package I had selected, so he had to ask what it was. Before the service was initiated, I brought up the fact that the engine light was on, and I was informed that it would be hooked up to find out the error code. When I got the car back, the engine light was still on. I called service today to get information on the service I had done, and it looks like they never checked to see why the engine light is on. I was also informed that if it was brought in for the engine light, it would be there for at least 48 hours before it could be looked at. Also, the service package I selected included items such as replacing the oil filter, cabin filter, etc. I am now not sure that was done either. More

Avoid this location at all costs! I gave them a 2nd chance after years. Their review of my car always comes in needing an extra $1,000 in work. Ron specifically told me the invoice Dean sent me didn’t make sense, and that it sounded ‘icky.’ He told me he was going to look into it and never called me back. I called back 5 hours later for an update. Ron didn’t remember the conversation, then got hung up on when Dean got on the phone. They lie, over charge, and when I brought in my work vehicle they said they fixed things that they didn’t. I can understand mistakes, but multiple times with the same issue means its a pattern. I will never go back. Don’t trust them! More
