Came to pick up a vehicle from service twice in 2 weeks. First time took over an hour to talk to get my car and for someone to tell me specifically what they did to the car. Had to bring in 10 days later because it was not fixed right. When I came to pick it up had to wait 45 minutes for someone to get me my car. Would never go back. More

I recently bought a 2018 truck from AutoNation. Once I got it home the next day I noticed multiple things wrong with it. Heated seat, sunroof, Door keypad. I called them and told them the things th Once I got it home the next day I noticed multiple things wrong with it. Heated seat, sunroof, Door keypad. I called them and told them the things that were wrong with it and they said we can get you in next week. Sounds good right? Well when I bought the truck they gave me a 90 day 4,000 mile warranty on it, so everything should me covered. Well I took the truck up there to get fixed they said it will take a minimum of 2 days. Well 2 weeks went by and no word of how my pickup is going. I call up there and they say they are waiting on parts. Not to mentioned its very hard to get a hold of anyone up there, have to call like three times. 2 more weeks go by, I call and they say that they are waiting on warranty to approve it and they will not be fixing the heated seat you"ll have to pay $950. Absolutely not! So my vehicle I just bought haven't been able to drive it yet, just the dealer to home and back, made first payment on it. Was up there for 1 month "getting fixed" and they still didn't fix all the issues. One of the most miserable experiences I've had buying a vehicle. More

They don't follow-up with their customers! I dropped my truck there at 8am and never got a call back for ANY updates! Was good, except i really needed 24hrs to get better funding, used car mgr. would not even allow that w/ a 20,000.00 deposit, Detailer didn't finish cleaning windows, Bought a sealant for 800.00- took funding, used car mgr. would not even allow that w/ a 20,000.00 deposit, Detailer didn't finish cleaning windows, Bought a sealant for 800.00- took 1/2 hr to apply, not sure it was really done, was it?
