Everyone was very professional and friendly from the moment I walked in the door. They were knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and proceeded to walk me through the process of buying me moment I walked in the door. Communication should have been better. I was told that my truck repairs it would be done on a Friday at the latest. Called several times during the day (Friday) to find out status and no o I was told that my truck repairs it would be done on a Friday at the latest. Called several times during the day (Friday) to find out status and no one answered so left voicemails. Waited until Saturday morning and when I called, the receptionist said that the Service Department was closed. I asked if she was sure because I dropped off my truck the prior Saturday. She still claimed it was closed. I happened to be driving by that same Saturday and stopped in and the service department was open. I asked the gentleman that was working and he could not find what the status of my truck was. He said I needed to wait until Monday to talk with Bradley. Very disappointing to say the least. On Monday Bradley called and said that my truck was ready. He also told me that the total cost of repairs was another $120 more than he quoted me on the prior Wednesday. I didn't want to complain because I did not want to aggravate anybody in the service deportment since they still had my truck. Unfortunately I will not be bringing my truck back there for service nor will I recommend anybody to go there. More
