Lack of communication is evident at the dealership. Communication between staff members and the customer is poor. Waited over 4 hours for a diagnostic test after I verbally confirmed that my car would Communication between staff members and the customer is poor. Waited over 4 hours for a diagnostic test after I verbally confirmed that my car would be in at the appointment time I scheduled. That was not the case. The appointment time doesn't matter and still had to wait for several cars ahead of me. They told me the issue, brought the car back in only to be told it was actually something different. Then received another phone call saying that all the parts are in and they can fix it now...again. Seems like nobody actually knows what it wrong with the car. Recently purchased the car from the same dealership a week ago. They don't care about the customers time at all, seem to have the attitude that sense it's here we will get it fixed. Overall a very frustrating experience with the dealership. More
