Troy helped me with my trade-in and purchase of 2024 Raptor. He was great! In review of this transaction AFTER leaving the dealership was disappointing. I paid cash for my 2024 Raptor. MY CREDIT GOT Raptor. He was great! In review of this transaction AFTER leaving the dealership was disappointing. I paid cash for my 2024 Raptor. MY CREDIT GOT PULLED FROM SOMEONE IN YOUR OFFICE. I’M GUESSING FINANCE DEPT! The guy in finance I dealt with was a complete xxx. He had no time for me. He wasn’t getting his upsell attempts and turned into a complete xxxxxxx. If I had not been 90% through this deal I would have terminated this deal. On top of that I got home and revisited this transaction and you only gave me $14k for the trade-in when we agreed to $14,500. Incredible mistake. I have a son turning 16 in 3weeks. Would you think I would consider buying a car from you people? Again, Troy was a very great salesperson to work with. Incredibly enjoyable. Kudos to Troy. More
