Michael walked me through all the process the next day, and by the end, I had a sales receipt, and Pete was working on shipping arrangements. The 6th star would be for the fact that Pete is handling shipping my vehicle to a local Autonation dealer and saving me the hassle and stress. I was a bit concerned about the communications with the service area about selecting tires and thought the scheduler should have been more proactive in coordinating that communication. Only issue was the wait for them to get working on the truck, so I spent more time in the waiting area then expected. More
