They really seem to make getting service done a complicated and slow process. Made an appointment, but then had to wait for check in. I had a great experience! I brought in my 2013 Ford Escape for Recall work. They were on time and completed the work in less than 2 hours. It was a great experience! ! I was treated and helped within 5 minutes of arrival, which was a HUGE improver my last two visits, all work was completed, which also was a HUGE i ! The technician also was good at explanation else I needed to have done to my car. I was not offered a car wash though and it was a nice day, maybe it got missed somehow on the check off list.
