I needed to buy a vehicle that day. I called AutoNation & talked with Nehemiah Olson. We went to the dealership a half an hour later to look at the vehicle & then picked it up later t I called AutoNation & talked with Nehemiah Olson. We went to the dealership a half an hour later to look at the vehicle & then picked it up later that evening. He went out of his way while we were waiting to sign loan paperwork to take care of us. Overall one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. More

Great service easy to schedule service advisor kept us informed. Patient advisor listened to issues and resolved everything to our satisfaction. Very poor customer service! No updates on my car for days, I even left voice message for the update on my car… and there was nothing! I had to demand and become more aggressive about my car for them to hear me out. I suggest you go else where for car services. They’re not great with replying back nor the timing on fixing your car.
