After having gotten some preapproved financing terms that I signed off of with the dealership, we went in to sign papers and pick up our car. And somehow within that he completely changed the terms that I and the dealership had agreed to and I ended up with a far worse offer. The process was shady and underhanded. In addition, he made my wife extremely uncomfortable talking about his girlfriends and showing off pictures of them, he scrolled through documents to the signature without letting me read them first, and all in all made us feel very uncomfortable but I'm sure that was his intention. When this was brought up to the manager he just shrugged us off and didn't address any concerns about the financing nor about issues with the vehicle after one week of having it. More

Dropped vehicle off for scheduled service first thing Monday morning. Called to ask when I could pick it up and they informed me they don't do the type of diagnostics I scheduled the appointment for on M Monday morning.
