I had been car shopping for quite some time. During my search, I visited many dealerships and dealt with many salesman. I called Tousley, described in detail what I was interested in and set up an appoin search, I visited many dealerships and dealt with many salesman. I called Tousley, described in detail what I was interested in and set up an appointment with the salesman. When I arrived for my appointment, the salesman had many cars for me to look at all of them fitting the criterea of what I was looking for. The staff was professional,courteous and knowledgable. Unbelievable Sales Experience! We purchased a new 2010 Fusion. It was a very good buying experience at Tousley. Our salesman Mike Gerlach was very knowledgeable, and allowed us to take all the time we needed to make an informed decision. experience at Tousley. In the end we could have got the car for a couple of hundred dollars cheaper at another dealer, but we wanted Mike Gerlach and Tousley Ford to get our business because they had earned it. I would recommend Tousley Ford to anyone looking to purchase a car. More

We knew we were entering the dealership with a complicated situation. We were ready to hear that they would not be able to help us at this time. The sales associate we were introduced to helped complicated situation. We were ready to hear that they would not be able to help us at this time. The sales associate we were introduced to helped us to feel very at ease and assured us that they would do everything possible to get us back on the right path. He brought Ann into our transaction and their hard work began. Approximately 4 hours later and meeting with several different empolyees who were all working to pull the best deal possible together for us, we drove off in a new Ford Fusion. We tell anyone and everyone we know who is looking to purchase a vehicle to go straight to Tousley Ford. I can't imagine purchasing a vehicle from any other dealership. They were incredible! More

I had a great experiance when I walked into Tousley ford! Especially compared to other dealerships i visited. It was my first time buying a car on my own! Alot of dealership treated me like I couldn't buy an Especially compared to other dealerships i visited. It was my first time buying a car on my own! Alot of dealership treated me like I couldn't buy and just had me wonder around! At Tousley they sat me down and listened to me and asked me questions like what I wanted in my next vehicle and then showed me a fusion! We drove a couple and also a focus! But in the long run I got te fusion! They r a best price store which was new for me but I feel like I got a great deal compared to other stores! So glad I got a ford too and not a Toyota! Thanks guys More
