We have had nothing but good expierences at Tousley. We bought a Ranger in 08 that has been great. When we went in to test drive a new Escape, we fell in love. Our salesman, Doug Hendrickson, bent over backwards trying to find us just the right vehicle. He gave us plenty of time to think about the cars we were looking at, a nice long test drive of both of the trying to find us just the right vehicle. I sent an email to Tousley and was answered by Pete. He said he had two or three Fusions for me to see. When I met him he took me to view the autos and I made up my mind almost immediately. I met Larry 6 months ago when I went in to get information on a 2010 F150 Ford truck. Larry was very knowledgeable and informative on everything that I wanted to know about this truck. I wasn't quite ready to purchase the vehicle at that time, but 6 months later I was so I went back to Larry and we went over everything again. This time I had Larry look for a specific vehicle, and he found just the truck that I was looking for. I purchased the vehicle the very next day. I was so pleased in my dealings with Larry that I sent my sister-in-law and her husband to see Larry, and they ended up purchasing a Ford Escape. Dealing with Larry has been a pleasure and I would definitely come back to Larry (and Tousley Ford) again to purchase another vehicle in the future. More
