I stopped into Tousley with a hard to describe noise which I thought might a transmission or front wheel noise. After looking over and driving the truck the shop identified the problem as a rear differe which I thought might a transmission or front wheel noise. My service manager stuck with the issue and contacted me when they arrived. I left the truck overnight and drove home with a no cost loaner vehicle. He is very knowledgeable about all of the Ford products also. Bob talks enough but not too much. He knows when to listen and when to offer information. I felt that Bob was a great salesperson. He doesn't push you to make a decision but when you are ready things get done in a timely and efficient manner. I would definitely go back to Tousley Ford for another vehicle. I went in for a noise in the air conditioning, and the car had to be in the sun to hear it. They left it sit and were able to hear the same sound.
