All I can say is "WOW"! It started with the wonderful greeting at the front dest from the receptionist. Then, I met my sales associate, Andy Solomonson. Andy explained the Tousley advantage and then we drove a 2011 Ford Escape. I was a little nervous but Andy assured me that this vehicle would meet my needs. He was such a gentleman! Andy showed me ALL of my options, not just my obligations for financing. I thought he was kidding when he showed me how affordable a lease payment was! I couldn't believe my trade-in had such great value! Then, I got to meet the sales manager Jimmy. He really listened to what I was saying and helped with the sales menu. I can't say enough good things about Andy Solomonson, Ryan V, and Jimmy W. When I got out of the business office, Andy was waiting for me again and paired my phone and also showed me how to use all the features on my new vehicle! My buying experience at Tousley Ford far exceeded what I expected. Normally, a vehicle purchase is very stressful due to not only the costs, but the decisions that need to be made on the fly. Ryan Sicora and Sean Godson were outstanding in their helpfulness and making sure that I got precisely what I wanted, at a price I determined was one of the best available in the entire 5 state area. Tousley made clear every option, feature and choice I made. And it was very plainly explained to me, so that I never had one moment where I felt that uncomfortable sales pressure common at most dealerships. I had high expectations (read "one of those demanding customers"), and I wouldn't hesitate a moment to complain if I felt justified. The team at Tousley left me with absolutely NOTHING to feel negative about. I will follow up with Tousley for every purhase I ever make of a vehicle again, and I would never make that statement lightly. Finally, as many other reviewers here have mentioned, I am thrilled to be able to buy a vehicle from a manufacturer that was NOT a part of the infamous government bailout. Ford instead, decided to move forward confidently relying instead on product quality for consumer support. So I was not double billed for this vehicle, once on my taxes and once for the vehicle. The quality of the product is the best I have owned bar none. This is the first Ford in my family in over 40 years, and I am happy to now be a believer in the quality product they are building. It is also the first time ever that anyone in my family has ever bought through Tousley. I would STRONGLY urge any readers considering a new vehicle purchase to give the Tousley dealership a chance to demonstrate to you what it feels like to walk away from buying a vehicle being happy to have found a solid partner to deal with.
