I've had a few attempts at doing business with them. One time I looked at a car they had, their price was a little higher than what the market should have been for that car. To prove it to them, I found an time I looked at a car they had, their price was a little higher than what the market should have been for that car. To prove it to them, I found an almost identical car, same year, model, color, and all options with exception of a sunroof. The sunroof was a 650 dollar option when the car was new, however, the other car was priced 1500 dollars less. They refused to pricematch even though they have a price matching policy (even within 650 dollar difference), on the premise that, well, you can't just judge by the numbers and that they would have to put the cars side by side and look at scraches and oil change history and everything else. I ended up walking out. After I bought a car somewhere else, I brought it in for an oil change. During the 20 minutes they had the car, my car developed a check engine light. Right after that, the "techs" went home and I was left with one of the service writers to sort things out. He was very courteous, said that they will fix it since they did it and so on. With no one there to take a look at it, I ended up going home with the promise that they would take a look at it first thing in the morning. On the way home, I stopped by Autozone to have the computer scanned and figure out what the issue was. The error was about a temperature coolant sensor, which happens to be in the way if you take off the airbox to check the air filter - something all oil places seem to do when you just want an oil change. I took the car next day, they gave me a loaner focus, came back from work, and on the road I called to see what the status was. I was told that there was no problem and they just cleared the code, and as soon as I paid the 120 dollar diagnostic fee I would be on my way. At that point I started arguing with the service manager (different guy than the first one) about how it's supposedly not their fault and my car had a problem prior - even though he had just said there was no problem. After about an hour of arguing with him, I got told to leave and not come back. I told him not to worry, I wouldn't, unless I want a broken car again. When I got home, I've looked at the car and the connector to said sensor had been changed, it was now a different color. They did in fact fix what they must have realized was their mistake, but wanting to make money they wanted to charge me their ridiculous diagnostic fee. I would highly recommend against going there for service. More
