I had scheduled a service appointment for Oil change and tire rotation. I got a call to tell me I do not need an appointment, that I can just go to QuickLane, then they canceled my appointment. I went to Q tire rotation. I got a call to tell me I do not need an appointment, that I can just go to QuickLane, then they canceled my appointment. I went to QL today and was told car has a "massive oil leak" (no maintenance was done), warranty will cover the repair, and to schedule a service appointment. I was scheduled for one in 11 days!! I bought my new 2020 car and maintenance plan from this dealership lot. More
