I was told over the phone $600 for a tune up, and the same thing when I dropped my car off. I was told 3-4 hours. This was Sat. morning. I never got a call that it was done. So I called at 5pm, apparently if you talk to the "dealer" they have no idea I'd your car is ready to be picked up, like the girl said "I don't work in that department". But...she said they were open at 7 am in Shakopee. So I called, only Apple Valley is open then...but that girl told me my car was done?!?! WHAT?? She can tell from there? So, anyhow, I finally was able to pick up my car after work on Monday...and now it was just over $800 (that was with the $75 coupon I had too). My mistake, I paid it, but gave a horrible survey. So the "manager" Nick called me (left a message, I was out of town) to call him to go over the survey results. So I did, and I did, (was told he was not there) left a message to call me...no call back yet?!?! I would recommend going some place else for any kind of oil change, tune up, or anything else you want done. By the way, I owned a Taurus, bought it from there, and brought it there every time, was going to hopefully trade it in for a Fusion, but I got a Jetta!! More
We attempted to order a new truck from this dealer. In the beginning communication seemed fine, and then all of a sudden he stopped responding to emails and voice mails. I guess this dealership does not like a serious buyer with excellent credit. I must say it was a first to be treated this poorly by a salesman that knows the buyer is serious. Thankfully another local dealer got us the truck we wanted, and the deal went smooth. When I am spending this amount of money I expect a little customer service at the very least. Not being ignored. I should have learned from my first experience where a salesman told me they had the SUV I wanted. When I arrived the truck they had for me to look at and test drive was NOT even close to what I asked for. It was just a scam to get me in, and I was not pleased. Also went to another dealer as I do not like being deceived. That salesman does not work their now, but I still found customer service just as bad. Will never go back, and have told all I know of my experience to save them the hassle. More
I've now purchased two vehicles from Apple, the first pre-owned and the second new. When I purchased the pre-owned vehicle, they treated me like I was purchasing a new vehicle, which was greatly apprecia pre-owned and the second new. When I purchased the pre-owned vehicle, they treated me like I was purchasing a new vehicle, which was greatly appreciated. Also, they were extremly helpful and responsive to wants/needs. I've also had regular service performed there and their service was spot on. More

Nick Ruge and his team of friendly, professional and qualified technicians did a great job servicing my Ford Escape. I had gone into a “big name" service station to get a free oil change with a coupon I qualified technicians did a great job servicing my Ford Escape. I had gone into a “big name" service station to get a free oil change with a coupon I had, while in there I was told that I needed a couple tires; which I already knew. But also was also told that I needed all new shocks and struts...hum, really on 53,000 miles. I called Apple Valley Ford and talked to Nick and he gave me the "Meet or Beat' deal on the tires. While the tires were getting mounted and alignment he checked out the allegedly bad shocks and struts and said there was nothing wrong with them. Thanks guys you just saved me a few hundred bucks. The difference in my ride now is smooth sailing and couldn’t be happier. We will be back in a heartbeat. More
I bought a Caddy SRX used from Ford. There were a few issues with it. However, they have fixed everything that has been a problem. They are considerate and friendly. Because of 1 peice of paper that wasn't filled out correctly, or had missing info the warranty would not be enforced, my Father tried calling the service manager and the manager of the whole dealership but calls were ignored, my father and step mom had bought many vehicles from ford-shakopee and spend $1000's using the service dept. Being a good and returning customer wasn't good enough. I was forced to pay full price for my tranny repair, my father is so upset with the way I was treated and the way he was ignored that WE WILL NEVER BUY or have another CAR SERVICED by apple ford of shakopee. More
