The service department is very clean and I have 100% confidence in the staff and that my vehicle is safe. I do not feel taken advantage of at all in regards to the cost, service and explanation of requested repairs. I refer non-Ford drivers to Apple of Shakopee and they have all remained loyal customers. The price was better than edmunds TMV or the usaa buyer service by quite a bit. I have bought many new cars and this has been the best experience by far. I never felt as if I had BOHICA written all over me as I have in the past. Their parts department was good too. The clear bra on the car was put on so well I initially thought they had forgot I wanted it. If you have the means I would definitely recommend them to you. I know that on these Internet review sites there can be fake reviews but I am definitely a real person. More
I found two vehicles on line that I was interested in and emailed the dealership. Cathy followed up and was very responsive to our needs and what would work best for our family. We took our Ford Escape in to be serviced at 15,000 miles last Saturday, 11/12. It was discovered that there was a large nail in the right rear tire in the side wall. We were all very surprised that it was n last Saturday, 11/12. It was discovered that there was a large nail in the right rear tire in the side wall. We were all very surprised that it was not flat. Since we had purchased extra coverage for maintenance, the tire was under warranty. The dealership did not have any of the right size tire in the brand for the Escape. Collin Duff made some quick phone calls to locate one at a tire distributor. We were fortunate that they were able to find one and have it delivered in two hours. The spare was put on the Escape so I could go home until the new tire arrived. Collin called us back to say the tire had arrived and it was mounted on the rim. We just needed to bring the Escape back and they would switch the tires. It was great to have such a quick reaction to our situation. I could have taken the Escape back in on Monday morning but it would have been challenging. I had to be at the airport to catch a flight to the East Coast. It definitely took some stress off of us which we greatly appreciate. Thanks for your help. More

The staff that I worked with were very positive and great to deal with. I had an Escape all picked out. They did up the paper work, then being a woman that I am; I changed my mind of what I wanted and decide to deal with. I had an Escape all picked out. They did up the paper work, then being a woman that I am; I changed my mind of what I wanted and decided that the Ford Fiesta is what I wanted because of the advertised 39 mpg. They were so nice, and said it wasn't a problem. They changed all my paperwork to buy the 2012 Ford Fiesta without any questions. They wanted me to be happy with whatever I choose. Glad to be a customer of this dealership. Just so you know I have tested a full tank of gas for mpg and between city and highway I got 37 mpg per gallon. Very pleased! Again Thank you all!! More
