I had my oil changed today. Collin Duff was my service consultant. I have had Collin other times when i came there for service and once agaian he did a great job helping me out with all my question i had. consultant. We are very happy we purchased a new F-150 from Apple Ford Shakopee! Our salesperson, Kif Patrick was wonderful to work with!! We knew exactly what we wanted, and the price we wanted to pay for a new F Ford Shakopee! Our salesperson, Kif Patrick was wonderful to work with!! We received a new salesperson that didn't know much about their trucks and left us sitting in the dealership for over a half hour while he looked for someone else to help us. Needless to say, we ended up walking out and were very disappointed. Their loss was Apple Ford Shakopee’s gain. We love our new truck!!! I had a great experience with Kif Patrick. I had no idea what to buy. After listening to all my requirements, my budget and my expectations, he recommended the Ford Fusion to me. Kif Patrick provided an excellent first new car buying experience for me. He helped to locate a 2012 Focus that met all of my stringent criteria and kept me informed every step of the way. Kif was honest, fun, friendly, and even entertaining! Truly, his level of service and positive attitude is what kept me at Apple Ford Shakopee (since I live in Saint Paul, MN). The Entire Process: I came to Apple Ford Shakopee by way of a nicely priced and configured 2012 Focus shown on their website. I came in unannounced and 30 minutes before door close on a Saturday. Kif helped me to determine that the Focus I was interested in was at Apple Ford's other location and he scheduled to retrieve the car the following Monday; I test drove another Focus that was on the lot that same night. On Monday, he informs me that the other dealership had actually sold the Focus in question. We arranged for a dealer-to-dealer trade of a similar model to occur the next day (Tuesday). Later that night I got cold feet and asked, via email, to trade for a differently configured Focus at a Wisconsin dealership that I found online. I was a bit nervous since I already committed to purchasing the other Focus, but Kif reported back as no problem and wanted to get a Focus that I would enjoy. Since this was a new car purchase, I had very precise criteria on the color and optional packages dismissed similar models based on color and/or features I did not want. Kif really went above and beyond my expectations to follow through on this and did so without hassle. Thanks Kif! More

Collin Duff was my service consultant today for my service appt. He came out to my car within a minute of me pulling up and was friendly and got my service work going very fast.
