I came for a used and left with a new! I am going through a transitioning stage in my life and I didn't have a car that was mine. It was a roller coaster of a week and everything was making me an emotional wreck! My credit was horrible so I had some help from my father as a co-signer who happens to live in another state. This made it a little difficult to get approved for a car loan. It looked like we were going to be leaving empty handed and I was so dissappointed,felt like it was hopeless. Kif was determined to try everything to get me into a car no matter what one it was so I could have that chance to start over and rebuild credit and have a way around. He kept telling me to just wait, don't give up and they will figure something out, he was very understanding and was trying to do everything in his power to help. She checked it out and spoke with who she could, explaining my situation. They approved me for a lease on a brand new Ford Fusion with all the bells and whistles (I didn't even need them or ask for them, but what a nice surprise!) for a payment in my price range!!!! I came in to get new tires for my car but I'm a little shy so I was unsure of who to talk too. While standing around a gentleman approached me and asked me if I needed help. For someone who works in the detail department, he went well above and beyond what I would expect him to do. After talking with Ross, he introduced me to Collin Duff and offered me a free 19.99 detail, which I will take advantage of very soon =) Collin was a great Quicklane advisor to work with. He felt how shy I was and that I really had no idea what I was doing there. Collin talked with his Manager Nick Ruge and they both talked me through what needed to be done for me to get tires for my car that were in my price range. It literally took Nick and Collin seconds to find the right tires and get them ordered. The next day I came back and got my new tires. I am very, very pleased with the customer service I recieved from Ross, Collin and Nick. They all are the very reason that I will continue to come back to Apple Ford Shakopee! More
