Mark went the extra mile to get our phone connected to the SYNC in our vehicle, programmed an extra key for us, personalized the key code entry to a number that we would remember. I came back on a day Patrick was ill so Ilaisa helped me. He drove to The dealership in Apple Valley where he found the car I would purchase, Hyundai Elantra 2007. It had scrapes and scratches so Patrick had it buffed and touched up by the professional body dept. there. They did a great job. All this was approved by Ryan McCormick. After visiting about 10 or so dealerships looking at cars, Apple Ford Shakopee had the combination of the car I wanted and a great price. I went in with the "X-Plan" discount, but Kif Patrick beat that cars, Apple Ford Shakopee had the combination of the car I wanted and a great price. I went in with the "X-Plan" discount, but Kif Patrick beat that price by $600, even accounting for all of the incentives. (Another dealership had offered fundamentally the same car for $1 under the X-Plan price, but I would have had to wait at least a week for the car. Having the car in hand for $599 less is a winner.) The sales process was smooth - the only technical difficulty involved a leaky pen. If you can buy a new car, and the only complaint is about a pen, Apple Ford is doing well. Great work, Kif and the managers and finance team! More
