Apple Ford Shakopee

I have had troble finding a dealer that would finance me for a new car and found none! I found a random email in my junk mail from Ford and thought why not! I sent in an email and Amanda Holtan replie for a new car and found none! I found a random email in my junk mail from Ford and thought why not! I sent in an email and Amanda Holtan replied that she had sent my information to Richard Ross and that i would be hearing from him shortly! To my surprise I got a phone call from him within the hour! I told him that I needed a manual transmission and he said he had two and would I like to come in and test drive. I told him NO that until he could find out for sure if he could get me financing I didnt want to get my hopes up. Within a couple of hours he called me back and told me that I had been approved! Everything went very fast from there and by Tuesday night I had my new 2012 Ford Focus Hatchback! I have worked in a man's world for several years and have been subjected to salesmen treating me like I was not equal and to my surprise and delight Apple Ford of Shakopee treated like a "person". It is very refreshing to know that there are salesmen and businesses out there that dont see gender but rather a human. From the moment I walked up to the front door till I drove away Apple Ford of Shakopee employees were wonderful and gave some of the best customer service I have had in many years! Also, this is a non-negotiating dealership, which is nice on one hand, but limiting on the other. That is why I again gave a 4 rather than a 5.
