The process of having to purchase a new vehicle has never been one of those experiences I looked forward to. I hated leaving a dealership wondering if I'd gotten the best deal I could. The 'pre-priced' veh been one of those experiences I looked forward to. I hated leaving a dealership wondering if I'd gotten the best deal I could. The 'pre-priced' vehicle approach at Apple Ford Shakopee took all of the 'wheeling and dealing' and 'checking with the manager' out of purchasing a vehicle. Nick Cavallin explained the pricing strategy and wanted to understand what I was looking for in a vehicle. We took a look at what was available, found one that fit my needs and took it for a ride. Another suprising event during this experience was that I was asked to go on the test drive with the person who was evaluating the car I was looking to trade-in on my new purchase. Nick arranged rust proofing etc. and called to confirm when I wanted to pick up the vehicle. He helped get the Synch system started when I picked up the vehicle, recommended settings for some of the more common features to get me started. Then, a few weeks after the sale he set me up for a Synch class to learn more about my new ride. More
