While I am happy with my vehicle purchase, customer service doesn't seem important to them. Called to let them know my concern, and guess how they responded...they didn't!! First time buying a vehicle service doesn't seem important to them. Called to let them know my concern, and guess how they responded...they didn't!! First time buying a vehicle from them and likely the last. Haven't decided yet which Ford dealer I'll go to for my service. More
