They sold me a Focus that had a bad transmission, even after the dealer drove it for a good half hour and swore it ran well. He also claimed to have not seen the enormous scratches and dents in the vehicl after the dealer drove it for a good half hour and swore it ran well. He also claimed to have not seen the enormous scratches and dents in the vehicle before he brought it to Shokapee from Apple Valley. They then did a poor job at buffering them out by their claimed "expert" scratch repair guy. Needless to say after I realized the transmission was bad I returned the vehicle. Unfortunately I forgot my sun glasses in the car and they didn't have the decency to return them to me. Yet, they had the audacity to try and trade the one I bought for another Focus in very poor condition. Don't go to this dealership unless you want to deal with extreme incompetence. More
