Needed service on my 2005 Trailblazer. These guys were great on the phone and told me to come in right away, even without an appointment. They got me right in and started taking care of my problem. When they figured out that the service for my problem was going to be a little longer than first thought, they offered me a loaner car to run errands and get lunch. And there was no extra charge! I have had my car serviced twice by them. They were able I have had my car serviced twice by them. They were able to fix some annoying wind noise on the drivers side, two other local dealers could not fix I have had my car serviced twice by them. I didn't purchase my 2011 Chevy Malibu from Apple, but had great experience with them in the past. I needed an oil change and made an appointment with Apple. On my drive to the dealership, it was ex had great experience with them in the past. I needed an oil change and made an appointment with Apple. On my drive to the dealership, it was extremely warm out so I put my air conditioner on. It started to work properly, but within a minute it was blowing hot air. When I checked in for my appointment for the oil change, I told Carl about my air conditioner problem. He said he couldn't promise anything as they had appointments scheduled all afternoon but he would see what they could do. When I was called that my car was ready, Carl advised that they were able to correct the air conditioning problem. In this day and age, when everyone is trying to multitask I can't tell you how much that means that I don't have to make another appointment. Everyone that I've dealt with at Apple has been very helpful and will assist you in anyway they can I can definitely say that I'm 100% satisfied. When I'm ready to purchase my next Chevy, you can bet that I'll be visiting Apple Chevrolet. More

This was my first experience with Apple Chevrolet. I was referred there by Corey from Firestone. Firestone could not pinpoint the problem with my car. I am a senior citizen with a disabled husband and own referred there by Corey from Firestone. Firestone could not pinpoint the problem with my car. I am a senior citizen with a disabled husband and own one car. My husband took care of these types of problems when he was well. When I arrived at Apple that morning I had racing thoughts and concerns about how I was even going to get home, as my husband was in bed when I left. I must say I sure prayed the night before for help on how to get through my dilemma and do feel my prayers were answered! I would have been relieved to get a ride home to figure the rest out later, but, as I was waiting for a ride home, Tony approached me and said he talked to his manager and I was able to take a courtesy car home with me! There are not words to express how appreciative I felt and do feel my prayers were answered. It was such a weight lifted off my shoulders. This is a story I have already repeated several times to several people, about how nicely I was treated at Apple Chevrolet, one I am sure I will repeat over from time-to-time in the future because the service was OUTSTANDING. I absolutely could not have been treated any better anywhere and I cannot thank Apple Chevrolet and Tony enough for this wonderful experience! We have 2 cars and a truck that are serviced at Apple Chevrolet and are very happy with their service. When we take our cars in for service the service department personnel is very friendly and accommoda Chevrolet and are very happy with their service. Even for an oil change they washed my car (not expected) the guys are really great. More

I bring my car for oil changes and any repairs that need to be done. I think Apple has the most courteous and friendly Service Dept., especially Carl, he is always friendly and goes the extra mile for the c to be done. No matter what the problem, Jim has come through for me. He keeps me in the loop when my vehicle had to be left for an extended stay. I pass 2 Chevy dealers on my way to Apple Chevy, but I trust Jim and App He keeps me in the loop when my vehicle had to be left for an extended stay.
