I live VERY close to another very large Chevrolet dealership but the customer service there has been nothing but awful. Switched to Apple and I’m THRILLED. Very DISAPPOINTED I took my 03 Chevy Avalanche in because door would not open and air conditioner not working. Thinking dealer would be best place to get fixed i took i I took my 03 Chevy Avalanche in because door would not open and air conditioner not working. Thinking dealer would be best place to get fixed i took it in. Well 4000$ later air conditioner is not working that well and my door they broke the panel and they wanted me to pay for it. Then the service worker Josh was arguing with me and hung up on me, not what you would expect from professionals. So i would not recomend this dealer to anyone. We have bought cars from them for past 25years so this is very disappointing. All i wanted was my truck fixed not this hassle. More
Experience of service personnel??? Received an Onstar e-mail about an emissions problem on my 2017 Malibu and to have it serviced immediately. Solution: reprogram computer. Really?? Also, my wife has COPD and is bothered by diesel exhaust and freshly cut grass and weeds. Press the air recycle button and the outside air still comes in. Service tech says everything is working properly. My 2004 Trailblazer (which I traded in) and my pick-up truck by a different manufacturer shuts off the outside air, no bad smells or fumes. So, what's the problem? Was it easier for the service tech to say everything was working properly? More

I won"t hesitate to have future services done by Apple and to recommend them. More
