I had brought a 2016 Equinox in for service with a potentially major engine problem in which I had GM helping with the issue. Thanks, with the cooperation of Ray and Bob along with GM the issue was re potentially major engine problem in which I had GM helping with the issue. Thanks, with the cooperation of Ray and Bob along with GM the issue was resolved without the expense of engine replacement. Although the process took considerable time to complete the repair, I give credit to the communication follow through of the service team. Besides myself, I have family and friends that purchased vehicles at Apple and recommend others for their customer focused business. Thanks for a job well done! More

Everything was done with ease! Communication was great. The only room for improvement I would say is updating the video that is on repeat in the waiting area. I could only learn about a guy sky diving and a lady baking dinner for so much within 2 hours, lol. Maybe have cords that can be used to charge phones since it is around 2 hours. The coffee and the water made the wait not too bad. Thank you! More
