I was told that the new car i was purchasing had a "remote starter." IT DOES NOT! After receiving the car, and asking about remote start, I was then told, "OH THATS THROUGH THE ON-START APP" Callin "remote starter." IT DOES NOT! After receiving the car, and asking about remote start, I was then told, "OH THATS THROUGH THE ON-START APP" Calling On-Star, not available. Remote starts are not expensive, it the outright lies that bother me. To be clear, my issue is not with the Service Dept., its with the Sales Team. More
