Apple Chevrolet

This was my first experience with Apple Chevrolet. I was referred there by Corey from Firestone. Firestone could not pinpoint the problem with my car. When I arrived at Apple that morning I had racing thoughts and concerns about how I was even going to get home, as my husband was in bed when I left. I must say I sure prayed the night before for help on how to get through my dilemma and do feel my prayers were answered! I would have been relieved to get a ride home to figure the rest out later, but, as I was waiting for a ride home, Tony approached me and said he talked to his manager and I was able to take a courtesy car home with me! There are not words to express how appreciative I felt and do feel my prayers were answered. It was such a weight lifted off my shoulders. This is a story I have already repeated several times to several people, about how nicely I was treated at Apple Chevrolet, one I am sure I will repeat over from time-to-time in the future because the service was OUTSTANDING. I absolutely could not have been treated any better anywhere and I cannot thank Apple Chevrolet and Tony enough for this wonderful experience! I have been to apple chevy before in 2009 to purchase my traverse. I have been looking for this car for a few months previously. Ever dealer has sent me away because I needed my payment to be at a certain traverse. I have been looking for this car for a few months previously. The salesman at apple chevy all said you will get your car, will get your price, and they did. Now when my daughter needed a car for college I went back because of the friendly salespeople. This time I purchased a Cruz. They worked with me again and got my price. No hassle, no arguing, and no disappointments. They take their time in getting a car that fits your price range, and if you really want a specific car. They work extra hard to get that car for you. I had a smile when I walked in with my daughter and a bigger smile when I walked out with the keys to the cruz. But the friendliness and care doesn't stop there it continues on in the service department too. So once you purchase your car they continue to make your experience with your new car a pleasure for as long as you keep your car. I wouldn't go any where else to buy a car.
