Tom really made a great deal happen for us. We are very happy with him and the overall dealership in Northfield. We needed to trade down on our car to free up some cash. Tom was terrific. He went out of his way to give us an opportunity to test drive the truck a couple of times and was great about answering our questions and letting us know the things the dealership did t opportunity to test drive the truck a couple of times and was great about answering our questions and letting us know the things the dealership did to improve the condition of the truck before we purchased it. He even double checked with the previous owner on a couple of things we were wondering about as far as it's past history. Tom introduced us to the manager who was equally friendly and helpful. We would definitely visit this dealership and sales person to purchase another vehicle when needed. More
