I Had Several Issues With My 2017 Honda Accord That I Purchased Brand New From This Dealership. I Had Problems With My Headlight, Collision Assist, Rear Wheel Bearing, Battery, And My Tire That Was Chewe Purchased Brand New From This Dealership. I Had Problems With My Headlight, Collision Assist, Rear Wheel Bearing, Battery, And My Tire That Was Chewed Up From The Ball Bearing. I Contacted Apostolakis Honda And Sherri (Shop Manager) Answered The Phone. She Had A Very Negative Attitude On The Phone. We Setup An Appointment With Her. Whenever We Brought In The Vehicle She Still Maintained That Negative Attitude The Entire Visit. Anything I Would Say She Would Interrupt Me And State "That's Not The Problem" And Continue To Type Her Notes. The Issue With My Collision Assist Was Never Diagnosed As She Didn't Include Them In Her Notes. We Had To Contact Three Different Employees From This Location To See What The Extended Warranty Covered. We Talked To Someone Who Finally Ordered Us A Booklet That Goes OVer Warranty Coverage. (Didn't Recieve As Of Yet). She Fought With Us About A Honda Battery That SHould Have Been Warrantied As It Was In The Vehicle 29 Months Before It Went Bad. When The Battery Its Self States It Has A 100 Month Warranty. She Does Not Support A Positive Image For The Apostolakis Auto Group. This Woman Needs to be Coached Or Fired. Whenever I Would Come To This Location (3 Times); Two Of The Three Times She Was Stuffing Her Face With Food At The Service Center Dropoff.I Requested Several Times For Her Managers Number She Would Dismiss That Request And Keep Talking Until I Demanded Her Managers Number. I Also Requested For Hondas Corporate Number And She Referred Me To The Owners Manual. When I Stated I Would Report All Of This She Told Me "Good Luck". Sure Enough, The issues That I Stated Where Correct And Fixed At My Cost. I Will Be Contacting Honda On These Issues. I Also Won't Purchase Another Vehicle From This Autogroup. More
Sales and Service - 1 star I started leasing from Apostalakis Honda in 2013. My first experience was really good. Second time - not great. Firstly, when asking about SUV/Cro I started leasing from Apostalakis Honda in 2013. My first experience was really good. Second time - not great. Firstly, when asking about SUV/Crossover options, I was not told about their HRV, so I leased a Honda Civic again. (Not a fan of the CRV). I brought this up, and their solution was to just "trade in my civic and add the difference on the HRV. (around $6,000). No thanks. Fast forward to last Thursday. I had the Honda Service package, which expired at 36k miles. Fine. But then right after I hear "thats weird, we havent done any of this stuff (transmission fluid and brakes.) Then all of the sudden a $300 package for service is recommended. After discussing this I talked with management today and I was met with these answers for my problems: I dont understand how leases work, and the HRV would have been expensive. So it was just never brought up. (Best guess anyways) Service says multiple things such as "you only have had 3 oil changes since you got the car" (because I come in when the maintenance minder is on). I was accused of having oil changes other places, and the service manager Sherrie muttered under her breath "that's not right" and "you must be going into the negative." Also that transmission fluid maintenance light should come on around 30-36k miles. I am at 45k and nothing. "Well that depends on the driver." She also said it could have been "accidentally reset." - That's amazing to hear. I was also told they only "change it and cover it under the service package if the maintenance minder light comes on." Well I assume 30-36k is understated so they can make $, OR "it got accidentally reset." Short version: Service is ALL over the place on "recommendations", and the service plan you can buy is an absolute rip off. She also said they already checked my brakes once, which I did pay for. Apparently that didnt show up for my service agent on Thursday. I contacted Honda DIRECTLY and asked about my oil change "problem", and was given an answer that as long as you follow the maintenance minder - it is there to calculate and save money instead of a traditional "replace at X miles." Also that I should get another dealers opinion. Add in scheduling issues in the past, never acknowledging the service agreement and trying to charge me when it was active, patronizing managers, and a final insult of "we will do maintenance for half off" for the "inconvenience." I would never give this place another $1, let alone $150. I will say that Lisa T. is extremely friendly and did at least try to help. Not much else I can say for anyone else. TLDR: Please, if you buy a Honda, go somewhere else other than Apostalakis. They have gone very far down hill from when I first used them in 2013. Both their service and sales depts leave a lot to be desired. More

I I recently had my car serviced at Apostolakis. The service rep "Sheri" was very responsive and was able to get my issue resolved in a short time. In addition she was able to get me necessary documentation and evidence needed to support a case I need to make with a gas station that gave me bad gas and caused my car to stall and needed towed. I want to thank Sheri and the entire service team for excellent service and getting my car in operation quickly. Sincerely Tom Shortreed. More
After taking the car in for a repair on a broken bolt in the drive shaft that was quoted to us at $108.00(not covered under our warranty of course), Apostolakis called several days later. We assumed the cal the drive shaft that was quoted to us at $108.00(not covered under our warranty of course), Apostolakis called several days later. We assumed the call was to tell us that it was finally time to pick up our car. Wrong! Instead we were told that our car had been broken into, two windows had been broken out, our security keypad had been broken, and our GPS had been stolen. They told us that it was, "not their problem", and we are now facing $1000.00 in deductibles for what was orginally a $108.00 repair! We STILL don't have our car back. More
