The general manager, Ralph, did my new car orientation with me, because he owns the same car and he new the car inside and out. He explained every little detail. I left knowing everything I should know about my new car. I felt right at home in it and I just loved it. As a matter of fact I liked it better than the BMW I traded in. Everyone was just wonderful at Apostoulokis including my salesperson, Johnny B. who was initially busy, when I went for my first visit. Ralph was just the greatest ever!!! More
